   Maria Marino delivers the vivid colours of her day-time landscapes into the night with her pastel nocturnes. We have questioned some of our favourite artists to show us examples of their evening time paintings and to notify us a small bit about their processes in this series of Nocturne Notes.
Marino shared with us these two illustrations of her exuberant, expressive pastel nocturne paintings. She informed us that her goal is in “catching the secret of that specific time of night”
